What an LOA looks like

Our actual Letter of Acceptance had to be signed and notarized at our adoption agency's office, so we won't receive it until tomorrow. However, they were kind enough to scan in an image of it and email it to me. It's rather interesting to see an official document from a foreign country, so I thought I'd share it.
